Located at 230 Main St in Winnipeg, the fortune block is a historic building that was recently renovated. My employer was contracted to replace the historic metal cornices that adorned the building.
I was responsible for every stage of the fabrication on all 20 plinths mounted along the facade.
Located at 20 West Gate in Winnipeg. As part of an extensive renovation, the city of Winnipeg built a sun lit reading addition to this historic library. It houses a kinetic sculpture designed by local artist Michael Dumontier.
I was responsible for the forming, welding, assembly, and elements of the installation of this sculpture.
This project showcases the process of doing a seam weld as well as my longest continuous corner TIG weld, nearly 40 ft in length.
Located at 1500 Robert Bourassa , Suite 90, Montreal. We were brought in to restore all the antique monel bright work in this historic restaurant. In addition to this, we also build several new handrails to bring the spaces up to code.
I was responsible for fabricating the high touch areas of the handrails, and supervising their construction, as well as many other smaller details in the completion of this project.
In this gallery you will find examples of other fabrication and polishing projects I have done.
